Product

Pacific Choice 2
Daily Performance as ofThese returns reflect performance of the underlying investment options from a sample Pacific Choice 2 (with contract value less than $500,000) variable annuity contract, first available on 7/18/22. In addition to the expenses for each investment option noted below (Net Exp Ratio %), the variable product has the following additional annual expenses: 0.85% mortality and expense risk charge (standard death benefit), 0.25% administrative charge, $50 contract fee (waived if net contract value > $50,000 on contract anniversary). Withdrawal charges and optional rider charges, if deducted, would further reduce performance. Your actual performance may vary. The inception date is when the fund became available from the investment manager and may predate when the investment option was available in the Pacific Life variable product. This performance is hypothetical assuming the investment option was available during the period. Assumptions: $1,000 allocated 100% to an investment option. Initial $100,000 contract used.
Performance data quoted represents past performance which does not guarantee future results. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance quoted. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than the original cost.

This material must be preceded or accompanied by the product prospectus. Contact your financial professional or visit PacificLife.com for more information, including product and underlying fund prospectuses that contain more complete information about Pacific Life and a variable annuity's risks, charges, limitations, and expenses, as well as the risks, charges, expenses, and investment goals of the underlying investment options. Read them carefully before investing.

Net fund expenses are as of the most recent fund prospectus (adjusted for any fee waivers/reimbursements). For more information, including the gross expense ratio, waivers, and/or expense reimbursements, see the applicable fund prospectus. Expenses are subject to change, and there is no guarantee that the investment advisors will continue to waive and/or reimburse fund fees beyond their current terms as outlined in each fund prospectus. In addition, please refer to the variable annuity product prospectus for additional product fees and charges.
Annuity withdrawals and other distributions of taxable amounts, including death benefit payouts, will be subject to ordinary income tax. For nonqualified contracts, an additional 3.8% federal tax may apply on net investment income. If withdrawals and other distributions are taken prior to age 59 1/2, an additional 10% federal income tax may apply. A withdrawal charge also may apply. Withdrawals will reduce the contract value and the value of the death benefit, and also may reduce the value of any benefits, including the guaranteed minimum withdrawal benefit. Taxes are due upon distribution of earnings.
Credit enhancements are not counted as purchase payments and are treated as additional earnings for tax purposes when distributed. These enhancements will be subject to market risk when invested in the variable investment options. In certain scenarios, the credit enhancement will be recaptured; see the prospectus for more information. Contracts with credit enhancements may have higher fees and expenses and longer surrender periods than contracts that do not provide credit enhancements.
