Financial Professionals New to Pacific Life
Are you a registered financial representative who would like to offer fixed and variable annuities from Pacific Life? If so, follow the steps below to get appointed with us.
1. Ensure your firm has a fully executed selling agreement with us.
To sell Pacific Life products, your firm must have a fully executed selling agreement with us. Please contact your firm’s back office for confirmation of an active agreement prior to soliciting business. If a fully executed agreement does not exist, your home office can contact our Strategic Accounts department to discuss requirements and to initiate the selling-agreement process.

2. Complete an appointment data sheet.
Once your firm has a selling agreement with Pacific Life, fill out an appointment data sheet. Mail or fax it to us along with a copy of:

Your state insurance license(s) for each state in which you will do business.

Your FINRA Central Registrations Depository (CRD) Status Report that reflects your current firm.

State appointment forms (if applicable).
3. Mail your appointment data sheet to us.
